MBBS In Ukraine After NExT Exam

Earlier, students who completed their MBBS studies in Ukraine and want to practice medicine in India had to qualify for the Medical Council of India Screening Test or FMGE (Foreign Medical Graduates Examination). However, the screening test is expected to be replaced by  the National Exit Test (NExT). NExT will be a common exit exam that would serve as a Licentiate Exam for Indian students, as an entrance test to Post Graduate (PG) medical course and as a screening test of foreign medical graduates. Thus, it will also be a common gateway to attain a license to practice medicine across India.
